Tom Brennan

Entrepreneur in Residence

Co-founder of Waterford based EirGen Pharma in 2005, which was acquired by Miami based NASDAQ listed OPKO Health Inc in May 2015. The company now employs over 250 highly skilled personnel at their US FDA approved facility in Waterford which exports pharmaceuticals to almost 50 countries worldwide.

Pat McGrath

External Industry Advisor

Pat was the original QUESTUM Entrepreneur in Residence for three years from 2015, and is now the External Industry Advisor to resident-clients. Pat is non-executive Deputy Chairman - International Development, PM Group which provides project management support across a range of sectors.

Anthony Fitzgerald

Head of Tipperary Enterprise & Economic Development

Anthony Fitzgerald is responsible for the management of the Local Enterprise Office in Tipperary with offices in Clonmel and Nenagh, he oversees the development of the economy in Tipperary through enterprise in various industries.

Gillian Barry

Head of Innovation & Enterprise

Gillian leads the TUS Innovation & Enterprise team and together they manage enterprise centres across Limerick, Clare & Tipperary, TUS has the largest portfolio of enterprise, incubation and acceleration centres in Ireland, we operate 2 early stage seed funds and are involved in numerous EU projects.

Derek Blackweir

Enterprise Manager Tipperary

Derek has worked with the Innovation & Enterprise Team since 2012, and manages the QUESTUM Acceleration Centre in Clonmel and the Thurles Chamber Enterprise Centre (TCEC) in Thurles. Derek is currently working with the Department of Public Expenditure & Reform, running innovation workshops and short-programmes.
